1. Overview

This website and online store are operated by Anglani Investments Inc., doing business as Maxiplast USA (“Maxiplast USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with offices at 6550 NW 97th Ave, Suite 290, Doral, FL 33178, United States. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and every purchase you make from our online store. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our store. If you place an order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or breach these Terms.

3. Products and product information

We sell wholesale disposable food service packaging and supplies intended for commercial use. Products are sold by the case, and the units per case are stated on each product page. We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images, dimensions, and specifications accurately, but colors, finishes, and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown. It is your responsibility to confirm that a product is suitable for your intended use, including temperature, microwave, and food-contact conditions indicated in its specifications.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time before accepting your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and notify you, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we ship it or confirm it for pickup or local delivery. We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, errors in your order, or suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

6. Payment and taxes

Payment is due at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered at checkout, such as major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer (Bank Deposit). Payment cards are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. You agree to pay applicable sales taxes unless you provide a valid resale or tax-exemption certificate that we have accepted before the purchase.

7. Shipping, pickup, and risk of loss

Shipping areas, methods, timelines, local delivery, and warehouse pickup are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you when the products are delivered to your shipping address or collected at our warehouse.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, images, logos, and design, are the property of Anglani Investments Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our trademarks or content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the website, these Terms, or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
