Return & Refund

Effective date: September 10, 2026

We want every order from Maxiplast USA to arrive complete and in perfect condition. Because our products are food-contact packaging, returns are limited to unopened cases in their original condition, except when an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to request a return

  1. Email info@maxiplastusa.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the items and quantities you want to return, and the reason for the return. Include photos if an item is damaged or defective.
  2. Our customer service team will reply within 3 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the authorized items back within 7 days of receiving the authorization and share the tracking number with us.

Returns sent without an authorization cannot be accepted. Please do not ship returns to our warehouse before our team confirms eligibility.

Eligible returns

  • Unopened, sealed cases in their original condition and packaging, returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Opened, unsealed, used, or altered cases, for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Custom-printed or personalized products made to your specifications.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Original shipping charges.

Return shipping costs

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the cost of the replacement and its shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

We inspect returned items within 5 business days of receiving them. Once a return is approved, we issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, to the original payment method. You will receive an email when your refund is processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellations and order changes

You can cancel or modify an order at no cost before it ships by contacting info@maxiplastusa.com or (305) 994-7525. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and the return process above applies.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, request a return for the original product and place a new order for the item you need.
